An "Earn and Learn" scheme that has been established in a college since last 20 years would have a well-defined process for implementation and a track record of success.
The "Earn and Learn" scheme is a program designed to provide college students with opportunities to work while they study, helping them gain practical experience, financial support, and enhanced employability.
Students can engage in part-time jobs that are often related to their field of study, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting. Financial Support is given for their education expenses. This scheme helps for the skill development. It helps students to develop valuable workplace skills such as time management, communication, teamwork and problem-solving. While working students build a professional network, which can be beneficial for future career opportunities.
